Colin Chandler - Chief Executive Officer
Colin's career spans 30 years in development and provision of advanced engineering solutions and services in Australia, USA, South America, Europe and Asia. He has a Masters of Technology Management from Griffith University, is a member of the AICD, Fellow of AIM, Fellow of the Australian Export Society, and Member of the Australian Mine Ventilation Society and is currently on the Executive Deans advisory panel for the Faculty of Science for Queensland University of Technology.
Francis Cox - Chief Operating Officer
Operations & IT senior executive with broad experience in all aspects of technology, operations and critical systems management. Direct experience with full lifecycle product development, business process optimisation and team building across multi-skilled clusters. Francis heads Peak3's grant applications and nominations for awards within the clean technology industry and works with students from various Universities helping them integrate into some of the many Peak3 projects.

Howard Stack - Non Executive Director
Mr.Howard Leigh Stack, BA, LL.B has been a partner of Allens Arthur Robinson, Feez Ruthning and Allen, Allen and Hemsley. He has been Chairman of Brisbane Grammar School Board of Trustees, Southern Cross Pumps and Irrigation, Voxson Ltd, Flight Centre, and Data #3 Ltd. He has been a Director of Eastern Corporation. Currently, he serves as a Director of Brisbane Hotel Group Abney Ltd and served as an Independent Director at Diversified Mining Services Ltd.
Anne-Marie Birkill - Non Executive Director
General Partner in One Ventures, a $40 million venture capital fund backing innovative companies in clean - technology, IT&T/New Media and Life Sciences. The Commonwealth Government has committed $20 million pursuant to its IIF Program with this funding matched by high net worth Wholesale Investors. One Ventures has committed a significant equity investment to Peak3 and Anne-Marie is One Ventures director-elect to the Peak3 Board.
David Barbagallo - Non Executive Director
David is currently CEO of Endeavour Foundation. Previously David was EVP Solutions Development for Mincom and for 8 years prior was the CEO of a Co-operative Research Centre - DSTC. David was chief of staff to Wayne Goss, Premier of Queensland 1991-93. David has a Surveying degree, a Masters of Technology Management and completed the Growing Small Companies at Stanford Executive Business School. He has completed AIM courses in Financial Management, Company Director, and the Chairman's Workshop. He is an Adjunct Professor of IT at QUT.
Andrew Jessett - Non Executive Director
Founder and CEO of Queensland-based mining technology group MineWare. Andrew has been actively involved in the advancement of dragline and shovel monitoring systems for more than a decade including the pioneering Universal Dig and Dump (UDD) dragline technology, Pegasys and Argus monitoring systems and the remote, integrated monitoring tool mRoc Desktop.
